NSF awards research grant on impacts of exurban growth on Adirondack wildlife

The Wildlife Conservation Society's Adirondack Program recently announced that the National Science Foundation has awarded two WCS scientists, Heidi Kretser of Saranac Lake and Michale Glennon of Ray Brook, a four-year, $350,000 grant to study the impacts exurban development has on wildlife in the Adirondack Park and the greater Yellowstone ecosystem in southwestern Montana.
